Cancellations:

For cancellations of Hotels, Tours, Flights and rental cars, it must be 3 days before your reservation to receive a 100% refund, otherwise 70% of the refund will be returned for cancellation, canceling 24 hours before the activity, a Once 24 hours have passed there will be no cancellation.

The reservation holder must cancel by sending an email to the central reservations@cancuntours.mx or by calling the reservations phone number (998) 537 7802 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. On Sundays we close.

Note: If the hotel reservation is scheduled for high season, a charge for one hotel night will be made because the reservation is scheduled specifically for the requester and is completely lost to the agency.
